WHAT ARE MACARONS MADE OF?

The shells are almond meringues made with egg whites, icing sugar, granulated sugar and ground almond. The fillings are either a ganache, buttercream, jam, spread or a combination.

ARE ALL MACARONS GLUTEN FREE?

Yes, all macarons are gluten free unless otherwise marked.

DO MACARONS CONTAIN DAIRY?

Yes, we do not have any dairy free options just yet.

DO YOU HAVE VEGAN MACARONS?

Macarons contain eggs and therefore they are not vegan.

DO YOU DELIVER?

We do delivery in and around Kitchener. If you wish to get your order delivered give us a call or send us an email at info@bzeebconfections.com. Flat rate weekday delivery within Kitchener-Waterloo is $5. Surcharges apply for weekend delivery.

DO YOU SHIP MACARONS?

Unfortunately we do not ship macarons yet but If you sign up for our newsletter you'll be the first to know when we do.

HOW LONG WILL MACARONS STAY FRESH FOR?

Macarons stay fresh for about 3 days when kept in the fridge in an airtight container. You can also freeze your macarons in an airtight container up to one month. When taking them outside of the freezer let them warm up to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Macarons are best enjoyed at room temperature.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ORDER IN ADVANCE?

Pre-order can be placed 2 weeks prior to pick up date. To confirm your order we require payment.  If you have a last minute order give us a call and we’ll do our best to help you with your macaron emergency.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR MACARONS?

A single macaron is $2.50 a piece. If you order a variety pack you will notice savings appear the more macarons you order. We also offer different sized macaron towers.
